A:AnswerIn general, when using convection ovens (the same principle as air fryers) for recipes written for conventional ovens, the temperature should be lowered by 25 degrees. You can keep the same amount of time; but I usually shorten the time a little, or at least check it earlier. It make take a few tries until you get it the way you want it. But definitely lower the temp 25 degrees.
