I just bought a Dt201 and found a Dt200 label on the product itself inside a Dt201 box so i got a little upset and did some searches. The Dt200 has 8 functions and a splatter guard on the back fan. The D201 has 10 functions (the 8 plus reheat and dehydrate) and no splatter guard. This box mix up sounded like a big problem last year with not many answers but I found my Dt200 actually has the 10 functions and the splatter guard. So maybe they upgraded the Dt200s and continued using the Dt201 box or the products are mislabeled. Either way, keep an eye out because the Dt200 are normally at Walmart for $50 cheaper than the Dt201. There is also a Dt251 now that has an intergrated meat thermometer but is $200 more (just use a seperate thermometer and save)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it just has to do with what comes with it. They have some that have a built in meat thermometer, some that come with a spatter screen that goes over the fan in the back. Best Buy usually has the bottom of the line model, least amount of accessories. These two models may be the same. I know Best Buy only offers 1 model and it has neither of the two accessories I mentioned above. It’s the minimum. 2 metal racks, 2 sheet pans, 1 air fry basket, 1 broil pan. Most likely it’s a “best buy exclusive” model number and the other one is Walmart’s or another stores base model number.
