Q: QuestionI would like to order another basket tray for my dt250 model, but when I go to order the only model option avail is a dt251. Will that basket fit in the dt250 model? I was going to order another tray & pan & both of those had dt250 opt, need confirmation

Q: QuestionHow do you cook a frozen dinner in this oven. Like a frozen lasagna or a crave dinner. What setting would you cook it on. Can you put the plastic tray in the oven?

• A:Answer As our very first frozen dinner, my wife baked a Stouffer's grandma's chicken & vegetable rice bake family size dinner in our Ninja DT201 foodi 10-in-1 XL pro Air Fry Oven. She selected BAKE put the plastic tray on an aluminum sheet pan, put the rack in the slot indicated for bake. She followed the instructions on the Stouffer's box for bake exactly. The meal was delicious. Later I noticed to the right of all the instructions on the box---"Do not prepare in toaster oven" We had no problems baking this 2LB 4OZ frozen dinner in our Ninja 10-in-1 Oven.

• A:Answer Ask your retailer for a 'rain check' on the item at the sale price before the event ends. Some stores still honor this type of reqiest. You be able to do the same in a chat session online, but I haven't personally tried to do that yet.

Q: QuestionCan you cook more than one item at a time, using the different racks. Can you cook chicken breasts on one rack and vegetables on another, at the same time?

• A:Answer Absolutely, but you may have to start one food before the other. Potatoes for instance take much longer than green veggies or meats. I threw everything in at once and accidentally created asparagus fries.
