Hi. Sorry, can't help with your registration problem as I also bought a FD302 but had no problem doing the registration online. As far as the accessories go, I also could not find them on their website for this model so I did call them. It seems that they just hadn't got around to updating their website yet, but apparently many of the accessories they show for the model OP 302 will also work for the FD 302 ( I specifically asked about the dehydrator rack which does fit both).

I couldn't find the accessories available on the website and finally called this morning. I was told the accessories for the OP302 would work because they're both 6.5 quart models. I also asked why I can't find a cookbook for model FD302, but that they weren't able to help me with. So, now I have the machine, but can't find a cookbook for that model, other than the one that came with it.
