Yes, it is, and it works well, too! We've only had it a few days, but so far have used it to make burgers, hot dogs, and cheese sticks in, as well as "crisp" the top layer of cheese in some mac n cheese after pressure cooking it. All turned out well. It does about 3 pounds worth of fries, or 4 decent sized burgers, for reference.
