Open the door and slide it out. It rests in the bottom of the oven.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are two ways to clean the crumb tray area, like a regular toaster you can pull the tray out. And the other is when the oven is in the flip-up position, there is a button to open the compartment to clean.
