Is this air fryer safe to use if you have a parrot null

Yes safe as far as no fumes goes. Never let them near it when it is hot. I have two cockatiels and they are fine with it I flip it up to store so birds don’t chew on the cord. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure if this is a serious question or not, but I'll assume it is. :-) This appliance does get very warm, even hot. You should make sure that your parrot does not get close to the air fryer—or any other hot appliances, for that matter.
