Hello, We would like to confirm that the nonstick pan is PTFE and PFOA free. We do not have a stainless steel pan available for the Ninja® Toaster Oven with Air Fryer. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The nonstick pan is made of ceramic much like a ceramic frying pan or Dutch oven. Ninja does not use PTFE or PFOA in any of its products. Everything is stainless steel and/or ceramic. I have the Foodi Grill which has a non-stick grill grate, air fry basket, and inner pot. They are all stainless steel, ceramic, or both. I have a bird and have used it often.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use any pan that is similar size. If you like, you can even have a friend cut one out of desired metal. The pan used in the oven is not too hard to replace or make.
