• These two models are the same in terms of functionality and design. A brand new unit always come in factory packaging.

• Sorry but not familiar with that model. This model flips up when you are done and takes up less counter space. Also, removing the rack and pan, etc, when flipped up you have access to clean the entire inside. Factory "sealed" ? It is not sold refurbished so assume it is brand new. Yes, it had all the paper, tape, box was sealed, etc
