Can you use it as a rice cooker ? null

I haven't used that feature yet. The instruction book does have rice listed in the pressure cook chart.

Yes. It will cook about 10 minutes quicker than a rice cooker I have (with 2 cups of rice), but it will not do a good job of keep warm at all (more for just cooking).
