A non-stick coating based on PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) cannot be PFAS-free, as PTFE itself is a member of the PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkylated substances) family. PTFE is a fluoropolymer widely used in non-stick coatings such as Teflon. It is considered an eternal polutant and harmful to health.
