- Answer I think Ninja material said 3 lb. There's not a big clearance between the cooking pan and the heating element that's in the lid.

- Answer I have not used it to toast but I would think it could. It makes beautiful grill lines on meat when you use the grill so I would think it would have the same affect on toasting an item.

QuestionPlease explain why this Ninja version is labeled as being an air crisper rather than an air fryer. Simply, what is the difference between an air crisper vs an air fryer?

- Answer Air Crisp is Ninja's term for its Air Fry function on the grill. Pushing the air crisp selection will preset the temperature at 390 degrees but can be adjusted up or down. The modes are Air Crisp, Roast, Grill, Bake, Broil, and Dehydrate. The presets probably set the grill temperature and fan speed.

- Answer Yes it has a mesh screen and I really don't know if you can order one separately you probably would have to purchase it from the Ninja manufacturer

- Answer It's around 14 inches tall. Fit fine undery cabinets I do have to pull it to the end of the counter to open the cover all the way though. My lower cabinets or deeper than my top cabinets
