“I currently have a mixer (can use it by hand or attach it to a bowl) that I use for mixing cookie dough, cake mixes, etc. Will this Ninja Mega Kitchen System replace that mixer? How well does it work on making bread dough ?”

It has a dough making attachment for the food processor which is a dull double hook and an actual "dough" speed button. It works well. But of course it's limited by the volume of the food processor bowl which is the standard size you see with all food processors.
