The blender needs to set on base and lid attached properly and closed for it to work. The power light will blink if blender is not on base correctly or the lid is not secure and locked into place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must have the blender locked on to the base you must also have the top cover locked on as well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Great question Jeff, Thank you for your question. This would be the procedure to assemble the unit correctly. HOW TO ASSEMBLE CAUTION: Make sure that the motor base is unplugged from the power source. 1 Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface. 2 Lower the pitcher onto the motor base. 3 Rotate the pitcher to the left as far as it will go. As the pitcher rotates, it will lower and the safety tabs on the bottom of the pitcher will slide under the safety tabs on the top of the motor base. 4 The pitcher can be placed on the motor base two ways; the handle can be on the front right corner or the front left corner. 5 Holding the blade assembly by the shaft, place it onto the gear shaft inside the pitcher. Ensure that the blade assembly fits around the gear shaft and that the blade shaft is standing straight. CAUTION: Blades are sharp! Use extreme caution when handling the blades. Always hold them by the shaft For more information please refer to the manual at the following link http://www.ninjakitchen.com/products/0/all/19/ninja-professional-blender/ or contact our Customer support line for further assistance at 1-877-646-5288.
