QuestionDoes the Ninja BL660 pitcher fit the Ninja BL610 blender?

- Answer Ninja containers and blades do not fit on other blender or processor units at this time. In most cases, our blade systems and bases are unique to each of our blenders which is why the Jars are not interchangeable.

- Answer You turn it while it’s on the base ..you turn it to take it off and then line it back up ant turn it to secure it back on

QuestionMy smoothies come out the consistency of a milkshake. I want more liquid I’ve even tried to add more base like almond milk but they never come out liquid enough any suggestions

- Answer No, you can only use the parts that come with the machine. To use a smaller jar you have to by a second blade and jar. But I don't have any trouble just using the big jar and using the marks on it. One nice thing I like is the lid locks down, and has a pour spout on it.

- Answer Gadget like Ninja use to any commercial kitchen has a safety feature. Most times, if it blinks or does not turn on, it means that it is not attachment is not on or aligned right. Play with it or make sure you aligned gadgets well.

QuestionI have a Ninja Blender that I have not used in several years due to a hand injury. I can not get the lid off and I don't want to use too much pressure because I'm afraid of breaking. Do you have a suggestion?

- Answer Press the release button on top of the blender lid. It should release the locking, safety mechanism and allow the handle to rise freely for you to remove the container.
