• You need to press a small white button “reset” on the black plug, then you can see an orange light on it. Also you need to turn it on, small button on the left hand side under the main body.

• I would trip and reset the breaker on the cord of the Grill first.

• You probably have to turn the knob to the various cooking cycles; Air Crisp, Dehydration, Smoker, Grill, and a couple of other options.
