• On smoker-is 145 to 400 max. On grill- is low,med,hi On air crisp- is 300 to 450 On roast- is 250 to 425 max On bake- is 250 to 400 max Broil only one setting of 500 On dehydrate is 80 to 195 and I love this thing like one of my kids.
