There is a time frame for availability in BestBuy and your patrons would normally be able to purchase them but I couldn't say the same for other stores.

Best Buy will probably have this amiibo available throughout the year and most likely into next (look at the previous DLC amiibo like Lucas, Roy and Ryu for examples of longevity). You also have to consider that if/when Nintendo announced Smash Bros for the Switch, having Bayonetta amiibos readily available would be important to them. In summary, you have some time before they won't be sold anymore.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you don't mind buying online, fallow the Twitter feed for @AmiiboNews and set up your wireless device to receive notifications for it, outside of the Reddit amiibo page, they are the fastest at posting news about addtional available stock of amiibo online. Might not hurt to make a free account with NowInstock.com too. Thanks to them I managed to get preorders for some of the Champion amiibo from an online restock at BestBuy.com. If you don't buy online, you'll want to frequent the amiibo Reddit page for news. If you're lucky there might be a Facebook group in your area that posts about amiibo stock updates.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are pretty well available now. Order it online makes it easier!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.DragonLily if you want Amiibo you have to go out and get them. Get in groups online and actively seeking out pre-orders. If you can't do that then get to the stores on launch day early and wait in line. They are limited release items that have a very high demand which makes them impossible to get. Best buy can't comment on quantities or length of availability because they don't know. Amiibo are intended for the collector audience not barging bins overstock piles.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I check the website frequently and order as soon as the amiibo become available. I also have seen this one on the shelf at my local Best Buy. You just have to be persistent.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you know you want this amiibo, I would not recommend not waiting much longer. At launch Bayonetta P2 was pretty well-stocked, but if she runs out I wouldn't expect a restock as she is not a Nintendo character and has limited utility in games. It's all guesswork but that's my prediction based on several years of amiibo hunting :-)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can’t make a perfect answer to that. These things sell like hot cakes. But your best bet would be Best Buy or Target. Those are the two stores I’ve been to that had them available.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Frankly, you just have to luck out and find it in stock; I've found the web tool to show if an item is in stock to be unreliable. If you do get confirmation online, buy it with in-store pickup. I suggested finding out what day your local BB gets their truck in, and go that evening after they've had time to unload, or check online. Happy Hunting!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's already available. I've been in several Best Buy stores and found plenty of stock of both the Player One and Player Two variants.
