• A:Answer No Best Buy and most other companies will have a limit. So scalpers cannot just come and buy up the whole stock to flip them and over charge.

• A:Answer USA online had a limit of 3 per household when the preorders launched. Canada seems to have 1 per household. These things may change as November 5th approaches.

Q: QuestionWhy are scalpers already selling these for $35 a pack when the preorders haven't even gone live yet?

• A:Answer Probably because it’s their form of “preorder”. Essentially if you buy from the scalper then the scalper will wait until release day to buy the pack then mail it to you. It’s a dangerous game to play because you don’t even know if they’ll get ahold of a pack.

• A:Answer My best suggestion is to follow a Twitter account like Amiibo News, people like them take the time to stay on top of things like preorders and alert others when they do. That’s how I found out about this preorder when they posted something I had my notifications on and immediately grabbed some from it. I think they purposely avoid giving exact dates and times cause scalpers abuse preorders aswell.
