A:Answer Nintendo have announced this Item, but because they kept it secret it has not gone through FCC approval. FCC Is an independent testing organization that approves electronic Items to be sold in the United States. They make sure that the Item will not interfere with Current products on the market eg. Radio Frequencies, etc. Once it has been given FCC Approval, Nintendo will give the word that the Item can be sold, thus allowing pre-orders. The reason they did not send in for FCC approval before-hand is that there are ways to see what products are going through approval, therefore leaking the knowledge of this mini console before the announcement.
In one way this is annoying but in another it allows us to prepare to buy It. So I am glad that we still have a chance to buy it! I hope best buys message comes quick enough!
