- Answer The OLEF looks much better but ours has failed to work just 2 days out of warranty and Bestbuy won’t replace it.

- Answer I’ve had mine for almost a month now and I’ve run into two problems. These two problems I had on my previous switch, but didn’t manifest until after I had it for one year. First the battery life is not great. I heard the OLED model has a better battery life than the older switch models, but I would rate it about the same for the refurbish. The second thing, which this happened on my old switch as well, but is already doing it on this refurbished version is that the right joycon controller disconnects in handheld mode sometimes. Usually sliding it back up and down fixes it. It’s not a joycon drift, but it’s still annoying to be playing a game and get told the controller is disconnected randomly.

- Answer Hi - this is the ORIGINAL OLED Switch. By buying this option you know the unit has been refurbished, meaning some time in its existence, it was previously sold, got defective and returned. Geek squad fixed the unit, cleaned and reset it for it to be sold again. You still get pretty much the same warranty you would have by buying it new new but you save enough to buy at least one brand new game (in my case).

- Answer Like the Wii U? Where you can play the game on the switch screen and on a TV too? There isn't really anything like that, at least from what I know. I don't think Nintendo wants to pull that move again. But if you're asking if you can connect 2 different switches to the same docking station (not simultaneously) , then yes that does work. I've had 2 first gen switches and they work fine with being on 1 dock at separate times.

- Answer Yes! When I purchased mine it came with the box with an HDMI cable, the charger, controllers, controller holder and the switch itself. All in the original packaging

- Answer It probably won' be like new, mine came with a faulty controller. No 1 year warranty from Nintendo, just the 90 days. Comes with straps and dock.

- Answer You can create a Nintendo account for free but to be able to play online with other players games like Smash Bros or using the Nintendo 64 emulator you’ll have to buy a monthly subscription. I advise you buying the one year option it’s like $20 for one year.

- Answer It depends, on what piece you receive, most of the time you might get slightly used but some times the piece is really bad, I would recommend testing throughly after you buy, there is really short window to change your mind

- Answer If you buy the Nintendo Switch Online Subscription, you will be able to play NES, and SNES games through the apps the Subscription gives you. Unfortunately, unlike the Wii, Wii U, and 3DS, you cant buy Super Mario World separately on the Switch, you have to subscribe to the service in order to play the game. However, if you do subscribe, you are able to play a lot (and I mean it a lot) of NES and SNES games that are on the catalog, You also get them for free (if you are still subscribed to the service) and they stay that way until you cancel or stop auto renewing
