Unfortunately, there has not been much of a change with the Joy-Con drift. Hopefully in the near future.

I noticed in the games you have to change the sensitivity for the joysticks.

Not really, joy cons will always be prone to drift problems.

Yes, when the Nintendo switch Ola came out, Nintendo made sure that any joy cons afterwards, as in the pastel colored ones made sure to have reduced chances of getting joy drift
