You need to watch the page constantly, or follow a Twitter account that watches for these things. Best Buy will update stock quantities and when they do it will be up for pre-order. Once those quantities are out they will update the page with either a "Sold Out" button, which means all quantities have been sold. Or they'll update with with "Coming soon".

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pre-orders went live around 3:15 PM EST yesterday for both the Neon and White models of the Switch OLED model here on Best Buy's website. It still says "coming soon" instead of "sold out" because it is still before the actual release date of October 8th, but the pre-orders have indeed sold out for now. More pre-orders may eventually become available but I couldn't say for sure if that will happen. The pre-orders for other retailers have released in waves a few times after initially selling out so it is possible that they will allow for more pre-orders soon.
