• No, it is not. It most likely will not ever be compatible with an external hard disk drive. You can always buy a micro SD card of a proportionate size to fit your need as the games can be installed directly to the micro SD card from the eShop.

• There are several optional Sandisc chips you can buy. I saw one for 128gb, which should be quite a lot. Just buy one of those and plug it into the proper port on the side of the unit. Best But will have them, as well as many suppliers.

• No. I have tried plugging in one when it’s docked in the USB port and also tried using an adapter to the switch and they both still don’t work.
