“Does a person need a phone to use this,or can scooter be used straight out of the box?after charging of course! If phone required, will there b operational issues if not connected, either to the phone,or the phone lacking service?No stranding me in BFE!”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I needed a phone to set the speed settings, but after that I haven't had to connect it to my phone in order to use. So, if you go with the factory settings, you should be able to use it right out of the box.
