• A:Answer I did the same thing. I found out by watching a YouTube that I missed a important step of set up. If your model is anything like mine, the power supply is not hooked up when you buy it, you have to hook it up yourself. In the handle bars area there are screws that screw the handle bars wracking on. Unscrew the handle bars again and take a look inside the piping, there should be a cord with a end piece coming out of the main body and than one wire piece coming out from the handle bars piece. Connect these two wires and the power source is now activated. I hope this helps.

• A:Answer It is not recommended to ride in the rain as the instructions read. but I own one and I have ridden it in very light rain and sometimes through small puddles of water, I don't like doing this I only done it in needed moments. It didn't harm my scooter at all, but I still would not recommend doing it if you don't have to.

Q: QuestionThe tire seems to be loosing air. Do I just use a bike pump? Or do I need to replace the tire? It is less than a year old.

• A:Answer There is a air nozzle on both wheels of this scooter with a twist off cap. It's visible you should see it. You than use the short pump tube that comes with the scooter package, if one did not come with the package, I think you can just get away with using a straight bike air pump. The short pump tube that came with mine is just a easy extension access piece I think. Good luck. They should be air tires, so pump them regularly.

Q: QuestionWhere is the best place to place a lock on this scooter for when you're running errands and such? I'm not seeing any splits/cut outs in the frame from the pictures besides on the tire rims which doesn't seem the most secure area to place a lock.

• A:Answer I was thinking of the same thing. I decided that I would just buy a long cord lock and end up folding my scooter and stand it up folded against the bike rack and tie it all around the sides and lock it.
