- Answer No. This phone is super rudimentary. Everything must be operated from the keypad. You get what you pay for: a simple flip phone with text, call, and email capabilities all operated by the T9 keypad.

QuestionTexting- My dad is used to texting using one button for 3 letters, ( i.e. if you want c, you hit the a button 3 times). This phone requires you to use the "right arrow" and "main button" to choose. Is there a way to use the old method of tedious texting?

- Answer The side button....but you need to be on a call to do it. If you just open the phone and press up, it changed the ringer volume.

- Answer Practically none. When you first energize the phone, the KaiOS asks if you are over 18 but that does nothing to stop internet browsing as far as I know.

QuestionNokia 2780, 4 weeks and so far every 2 weeks the screen goes snowy. I did read to take the battery out and that did fix it. However, I don't want to have to do that every couple weeks. Is this fixable, I'm wondering if I should return it?

- Answer I wanted to mute all incomoing calls except favorites. To do this I set the default ringtone to an mp3 file with no sound. Then set custom ringtone for each of my favorites. It works for that. Its possible the same strategy might help solve your different problem.
