QuestionAT&T supports Nokia 3.4 (TA1285), 5.4(TA1333), 8.3 (TA1243) and 6300 4G (TA-1324). But they do not support 5.3 which I have. Checked with 800 support and at the AT&T store. Where is this limitation coming from?

- Answer ATT only whitelisted those phones that they where paid to certify by the manufacturer which were the newer models. Even though your phone will work on their network because it is VoLTE compatible and all they have to do is flick the switch they want to force you to buy a new phone. ATT offered no help except to get a new phone or use the free garbage phones they sent. So after being an ATT customer for 20 plus years, I switched all eight of my Nokia phones to T-Mobile and they work just fine and magically a VoLTE icon has emerged.

QuestionDoes it work with TMobile? Does it have the fingerprint lock? I want an armor (2 layer rubber and black shell case with grips) or heavy duty case for it...If this store has one can you please share the link here? Gotta have a case :-)

QuestionIs this phone compatible with VoLTE, i.e., HD voice? 3G devices and 4G devices on the AT&T network that don't support HD Voice won't work as 7/21/21. None of the phones I have been looking at address that spec.

- Answer Yes. This device is VoLTE capable and fully works on the AT&T network. The 5.4 does offer OZO spatial audio and wind noise cancellation.
