Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got one on 5/25/2022, and it does work on the AT&T network. But it wouldn't complete outgoing calls until I had updated the software, which was a lengthy process. I used Settings>System>Advanced to get that going, and after one particular security patch got installed, the phone suddenly was able to make calls. I hope the other person with the outgoing call issue reads this.

Well, today it updated to Android 12, and now it is making outgoing calls. Hoping that solves the problem once and for all, but it is too early to know.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought Nokia G20 on 2-24-22 and it does not make outgoing calls on AT&T network. Everything else works. I called AT&T customer service twice and spent 40 mins each time. They said phone is supported by AT&T but I need a new sim card and not a sim card from an AT&T store. If the new sim card doesn't resolve the issue, they will open a case.
