• Yes. The way they break it down, is you get to go from 10 12.5 15 20 22.5 25 30 32.5 35 40 42.5 45 50 52.5 55 lbs on each adjustable dumbbell. 55 x 2 = 110 They take the place of 15 sets of dumbbells. All you would need is anything under 10

• Dont think of it as 110 pounds. Its is 55 lbs. Per dumbell. If you were to do a bench press on a standard bar at the same weight you would be able to lift it easier than dumbbells. Plus you have to use stability, range of motion and control with dumbbells. Just food for thought.
