We highly recommend reaching out to us as the manufacturer directly. NordicTrack’s policy is to ensure every purchasing customer has a machine functioning as designed and will do everything possible to resolve and repair issues. Contact us and you will receive help troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing any part of the machine under your manufacturer warranty.
