I called the main office at 1888-237-8289 and asked for the ifit coach activation code. Ask to speak to someone in digital downloads. I received the code via email within a couple hours.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I spoke with someone with iFit Chat... and here was what they told me... 1. Locate the "iFit Sync" or "Bluetooth" button on your machine 2. When the display is powered on and says "Hello" press and hold that "Bluetooth" or "iFit Sync" button for a full 30 seconds or until you hear a double beep and the display changes to all 0's 3. Done! Once your machine displays all 0's you are ready to work out!
