QuestionCan you replace the seat on the S22i NTEX02121 model? I was able to try out the S22i and really like the bike, but I need a different/softer seat. Any help?

- Answer Yes the seat can be replaced with any universal bike seat. We replaced ours with a slightly wider and much softer seat.

- Answer No. This is the closeout of 2021 but it is an excellent value and so far an excellent choice. Ours came with a coded-card that entitled us to a full year of iFit Not bad.

QuestionDoes the NordicTrack Commercial S22i Studio Cycle have access to Netflix and/or other TV programming or streaming? Or is it only NordicTrack programming? Is there the ability to watch shows?

- Answer There is a way to currently do this. The underlying system actually runs a version of Android and there are YouTube videos showing how to get to “Privelege Mode” which gets you out of the Ifit screen and gives you control to install apps. I can’t say whether this will always work if system updates get applied or if the app providers stop allowing the load of apps on this device but today the capability exists to install Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps. I don’t know however if you can run both iFit and other apps simultaneously in one window watching the movie and at the same time tracking/watching your fitness haven’t tried that yet

- Answer I thought the same thing, but when I bought the bike, the membership it brought was for a 1 year, so that's a relief. Bought the bike on Sept 10 2021.

QuestionAre there basic rides if you choose not to get an IFIT membership? Or is it like an ordinary exercise bike?

- Answer METZ If you don’t have an iFIT membership, you can access a limited number of the workouts available in the iFIT library on this machine by bypassing the login screen and entering without logging in. Then you can browse the library and see what is available although most workouts will be locked. The free selection available on the iFIT library will change periodically. - Answer You can access yoga classes in the bike through ifit. They have it on their app that is automatically on the tablet. It does require a membership that you can pay monthly or annually.

- Answer I asked the same question when purchasing mine. Firstborn no waybin heckninwould ever return it but getting it from best buy it's just like a regular return. If u buy it direct from norditrack they will charge you up to 250.00 to return

QuestionCan someone under 5 foot use this bike?

- Answer TC83 This would depend on this person’s leg-reach and arm-reach. The seat can be raised and lowered. But when the seat is at the lowest position, the leg reach measures approximately 38 inches. At this same setting, the approximate measurement from the end of the seat to the handlebar is about 17 inches. The average user size our equipment is designed for is between 5’2” and 6’3” tall. QuestionMy left side bolt that holds the pedal keeps coming loose. I tighten it up every time & it keeps coming loose. Very annoying. The bolt (hex) is becoming a bit beat up. So my question is can I get a replacement bolt ?

QuestionDoes this upgraded screen have the new front-facing speakers? What is the difference between this model (with the upgraded screen) and the 2022 model? Is this the 2021 model with a 2022 screen?

- Answer Undecided The 2022 model is a copy of the 2021 model, but with a new 22” display console enclosure that pivots and tilts more. The 2022 seat is upgraded, and pedals are equipped with SPD clip-in/cage. The 2022 handlebar adjustments are upgraded and an on/off switch has been added to the unit. It is also compatible with bluetooth headphones and has integrated quick-touch handle controls for incline and resistance. These are the biggest differences with the newest release.
