A:Answer I set up my own but they did actually bring it into my home for me, which was very nice because I have a fair amount of stairs and could not have brought it up them by myself. I think at this time they might not be offering that service, but I could be wrong. It may depend on the stores policies, and if they do I would expect to pay additional money, as I'm sure you would expect. It recommends 2 people to assemble it but I personally did it myself with no help with the exception of using a chair to elevate the bike when attaching the bottom stabilizers bars in the front and back. It took a couple of hours but I am slow and steady when I do this type of thing and I read the directions both before and during assembly.
