A:AnswerHi there
We do not recommend using your rower outside as the weather can cause an excess of wear on this equipment and this would compromise your warranty.
Hope that helps. Please email us for further information at [email protected].

This rower’s seat is approximately 15.5” from the floor. For your situation, a rower may be too low. We recommend trying a piece of exercise equipment such as a bike or elliptical that will keep you higher from the ground.

The overall measurement of this machine 43”H x 22”W x 86.5”D. It is indeed a long piece of equipment, as it is made to fit even tall people as they stretch out their legs to full extent.
Give yourself some elbow room with this equipment. The space you put this rower in should be approximately 30” wide and at least 90” long to give you the space you need.

The full length of this rower is 86.5 inches. However, This measurement is at the longest parts of the equipment, which are not where the feet rest.
The length measurement beneath the feet is approximately 79 inches, not including the small wheels on the front side of the legs near the flywheel.
Of the standard sized floor mats, we recommend getting a floor mat that measures 40” x 80” to be just long enough for the feet to be placed above the mat. If you can find a mat that is longer than that, great!

A:AnswerI used the number after the dot in the model number. Mine was like this 1122334455.1, so I used 1122334455 as the model number and the 1 at the end as version number. The model number is on a sticker under the unit. I was very frustrated that stickers like this are inaccessible and the directions written by someone that has not actually ever used the machine. Took me three days to get it turned on. Secret tip: apparently you have to press and hold the iFIT button, otherwise the user interface will fool you into thinking it’s working when it’s not. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerThe rw200 (and other nordictrack rw### models) uses air and a magnet for you to set the resistence . Unfortunately, several (all?) have a design flaw that makes the magnet come into contact with the housing of the wheel. The noise is very annoying (you tube link I found: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0nWQr60dHuc&feature=emb_logo).
Other than that, the rw200 makes a pretty standard noise for its type.
A:AnswerThis rower doesn't have that type of screen. You may be able to download and use phone for that but I canceled as soon as possible. Not worth $15 a month if the rower didn't come with accommodating screen.
A:AnswerIt's so heavy and hard to fold i can't lift it to find out so it stays expanded 100% of the time. Not something you can do everyday after using unless you're super strong. My son is a lifter and couldn't belive what it took to fold this thing. NOTE: probably much easier on hard floors. Mine is on carpet.
A:AnswerYes. It syncs to the console via bluetooth and automatically sends your data to the ifit app. The ifit app can also automatically adjust the magnetic resistance on the rower in real time as you follow along with the videos on your smartphone or tablet.
