Devildog Hey there! As a tall person looking for a rower, the important part is the rail length. The longer it is, the more legroom you have on the machine. When in the fully extended position, from the footrest to the seat, this rower should measure 40-43.” It should be usable at any height, even if you’re not able to fully extend the legs. For correct rowing form, we suggest not to completely straighten the legs during workouts on a rower, but to nearly straighten them. However, you want to be sure your exercise equipment allows you to exercise comfortably. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly if you need more information at [email protected]. Keep it up on your fitness goals! We’re rooting for you! Thanks -NordicTrack
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends where the height is - legs or torso - One of my coaches is 6'-8" and is a demon rower - I am just under 6'-1" and realized recently that my legs are exactly the same length as his - Having said that, my RW 500 works great for my long legs, with room to spare.
