    • Answer I am like you, I couldn't get my Norton to download from the Best Buy site. I called Best Buy to get help and they wanted to charge me!!! I was so disgusted with Best Buy. My son finally took a screen shot of the Best Buy page with the product key code on it and then when I went to my Norton account all I had to do was enter the product key code. I feel like Best Buy should have been more helpful since I purchased this digitally from Best Buy, purchasing in store was not an option. I wanted to purchase this in store to prevent this nightmare from happening, but since that was not an option I had no other choice. But when it comes time to renew my Norton product again, I will go else where and see if I get better customer service.

    • Answer Yes, the price is for one year of service. It is a really good price. They want you to buy it so that it auto-renews is a year. The annual renewal is about $100 more than this purchase price. What many folks (including me) do is purchase this product, turn off the auto-renew, and then in a year purchase this product again and enter the product key. Buying this product each year at a retailer versus letting it auto-renews each year saves you $100 each year. This product is outstanding, comprehensive protection at an incredible price. Just don't let it auto-renew and you're getting a great deal.

    • Answer Hello! I bought the digital version and it was very easy to install on different types of devices. I installed on 2 Microsoft surfaces, 2 dell laptops, 1 hp desktop and 2 samsung galaxy phones. The digital version is probably the easiest as you can send an "invite" email to yourself and just open that email from the different devices or log into your norton account on the other devices and download directly. The software keeps a count of how many licenses you bought and how many have been used. I thought about getting the disk but am glad I went with the digital download instead. Good luck!

    • Answer Good to hear that you now learned how to free yourself from "Windows-Slave" as opposed to it's claim: "S" means "Secured" mode, but actually making you "Slave" by forcing to use apps only from MS-play-store. A truly Slave-mode. 1) Now all you will have to do it, follow your order email from Bestbuy, and click to sign-in to your bestbuy account. from there you will be able to see Product Key which you can either download or save by copy paste. 2) Then point your browser to link : https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/norton-download-install/current/info Sign-in or create your Norton account and using Product Key in step -1, you can down load and install Norton product on your device. See Screen shots attached for your step by step instructions.... enjoy
