Yup, you sure can! Adjust the grind by pulsing it a few seconds to see how you like the grind. If you like it coarser, naturally you'll blend it for less time, for a finer blend you'll pulse it a few more times, holding it down maybe twenty seconds at a time. You'll figure out what time-frame works for you. I'm not a regular coffee-drinker, but whenever I have guests they enjoy my home-ground coffee beans, so enjoy!
