• I find that it works better for me pulsing it a few times and then running it for a little bit.

• I run mine continuously about 25 seconds when making a smoothie. I think the key is having enough liquid so it mixes evenly.

• Great question Momma, The Ninja - Nutri Ninja Pro 24-Oz. Blender operates by Pressing down on the top of the cup in short intervals to activate. When you have reached your desired consistency, stop the appliance by removing your hand from the cup. Wait for the motor to stop running.
