Beyond checking every other Tuesday at the beginning of each hour, you will have to follow nowinstock notifications or something similiar, unfortunately. I purchased mine on 1/5/2021 when they became available I believe at 11AM CST. They were only up for about 10-20 minutes, too. So you have to be super quick and be ready to purchase the minute they drop.
