You can't. I've scoured the internet and can only confirm the following: 1. Any Best Buy rep you try to explain this issue to has no idea what you are talking about and they think the issue you're describing is an account verification issue for logging into your account. This isn't the case, though. This loop is something we encounter when we try to add a cart to our cart. 2. There has been no explanation from Best Buy regarding why this is happening. It's unclear if this is by design (albeit a confusing and ambiguous design) or if it's a bug. 3. People have given tips on how to get resolve it, but these have all been theories. Unfortunately, because video cards drop only one every 1-2 weeks, testing these theories is near impossible. 4. It doesn't happen to everybody and it doesn't happen all the time. Personally, I was able to get past this once. Comparing that one time to the recent attempts, I don't know what I did differently, if anything.
