Simply it is a marketing stunt to get more views on Best Buy. by this mechanism Best buy will keep you check their websites and give you illusion of "you can buy". So next time you click and refresh, and they will get higher SEO score. Best Buy does not care about selling to people, Actually they are Happy that you check them 100 times for illusion of available product.
