• NVIDIA had a opt-in option on their official site prior to the RTX 4090's release date. If you had an NVIDIA account prior to the release and opted in to get notifications regarding the 4090, NVIDIA sent out select users emails for a Priority Access link via their GeForce Experience Desktop App to buy the 4090 Founder's Edition from Best Buy (based on available stock).

• Nvidia is giving buy links through their app GeForce experience. Once you have an account and the app is installed on a desktop, there is a chance that you will receive an invite in the GeForce experience app to purchase the 4090.
