• Just have Geforce Experience installed and it will send you a notification if you're selected.

• You have to have Geforce Experience installed on your machine and have an account and be using previous Nvidia generation hardware for you to be in the "lot" to be randomly selected. I just got my pre-verification email today from Nvidia and ordered a 4090 FE from Best Buy. So, they still have them. Maybe you can get one too!
