• You have other GPUs available. 3080 TI should be a huge upgrade for you! I guess your question is mainly directed towards 4090. You need have patience. You will get it sooner or later!

• Nvidia isn’t stocking them, they are promoting the scalping since they get paid more. This has been the last two years

• I don't know how often Best Buy restocks in general, but the pleasant manager I spoke with this morning when they got 0 cards in store said it would be weeks before we can actually buy them in store because what little stock that comes in for the next few weeks will go to people who pre-ordered the cards. So, realistically expect at least a few weeks before us mere mortals can actually buy a card at MSRP.
