Nvidia is actually doing a pre-verification process that you are selected if you run Geforce Experience and you have a certain GPU generation. Once you get pre-verified, then you will get a custom link to Best Buy to see if there are any stock available. I actually just received my pre-verification from Nvidia and just got done ordering my 4090 FE from Best Buy about an hour ago. They still have stock and they are actively fighting s GPU scalping.

Actually from the Toledo store myself and because it was the Gigabyte card I got one same for my friend who bought the MSI card. It's all about what card you went after.
