• Online reps are clueless about the backend system and have no information on how it functions. They will not know if they'll be a pre-order or even stock in a store. Take everything they say with a grain of salt because they wont know until the day of. They don't know future plans.

• In store reps said that the stores will only have stock if there is excess from online. so don't expect to get one instore.

• I also just spoke to a sales rep and they said no, it won’t be available in store and you will have to preorder it online before launch day. They will likely have limits or make sure one person can only buy one card.
