• A:Answer bestbuy doesn't care and you can bypass their websites anything with simple script editing... and they don't have checks for it so it goes right into their SQL database... I bet their IT department is so inept they don't want to modify the database because they don't know how...

Q: QuestionWhy does best buys process for getting a card not work at all.. every time you join the line it just gives you an error or sold out message.. even if you do it as soon as the cards become available. why does best buy let scalpers buy all of the inventory

• A:Answer When you get in line you are not guaranteed a card you are placed into (my guess, a 2-3) person line. If you managed to get in line it put you in the shortest que available for the card you chose within your area, if you manage to get in line then you were put into the shortest que open for that card if the person/people ahead of you can’t verify their account or manage to pay within the 10min grace period then it goes to the next person in line and so on.

• A:Answer I've gotten used items from Best Buy when purchased new and have had the same experience as you with the best buy packaging tape. I returned it and purchased same one from inside the store to make sure it's new and unopened. For $2k, you might want to make sure your card is really brand new. An employee could've switched his melted card with yours and used their tape to seal it.

• A:Answer It’s literally the worse customer service. I had a live agent tell me my package was picked up for same day delivery from the Best Buy down my road and then told me he cannot tell me where my package is atm because it was picked up in a completely different state. I talked to multiple agents and some agents just send me to different agents and they all told me different things. Told me I couldn’t change to pick up just to tell me I wasn’t getting same day delivery after paying the fee for same day delivery and then told me it was going to be delivered the same day just to turn around again and tell me it wasn’t going to be delivered the same day and then asked me if I wanted to do pick up instead and then sent me to a different agent to have them switch it to pick up just for them to say it’s too late to change to pick up. Spent 6 hours going back and fourth. I asked to get a number or a contact from an employee specifically at the physical best buy I ordered from and they told me it’s not possible to contact an employee from best buy lol. This live agent bs is a joke and I will not be doing shipping or same day delivery again. rather just do Amazon or Walmart after this crappy joke of a company.

Q: QuestionBEST BUY why do you suck so badly? After all these years and you still can't stop bots. 5x I was told I was in line for the next one to get a card only to get kicked out without a card. 12 hrs wasted!! I hope you losers are the next blockbuster to close.
