Shut down your router/modem and wait 10 min so you can get a new IP address . Also shut down your Shield and unplug your cable. After the 10 min reboot the router/modem and your Shield plug your Ethernet cable back in and it should work just fine.

Reset your network and try to assign it a static IP in the less common upper range such as 192.168._.253, or something to the effect. Your gateway/modem/router may have an entirely different IP address, and in that case you'd want to stick within that range again only editing the suffix (ex: 10.___.__.253).
