• The aio shouldn't interfere with your motherboard, it's placed closer to the glass so the cooler isn't directly on top of the motherboard.

• Yeah it should, the case is huge and is rated for ATX motherboards, GPUs up to 400mm, and has space for a 360mm on top and on the front.
